Any prize winnings up to ₹10,000 can be claimed from any of the retail counter near you or you can send your ticket to us to get your account credited with the prize winning amount. Any prize amount exceeding ₹10,000 will be routed through government procedures. You will have to submit hard copies of the following documents at our registered office:

• Claim form in government-approved format
• Declaration on ₹100 stamp paper with notary in government-approved format
• Three passport-sized photos for declaration
• Self-attested photocopy of residential proof (Aadhaar card)
• Self-attested photocopy of PAN card
• Cancelled cheque leaf
• Self-attested photocopy of winning ticket.

Any prize winning money over ₹10,000 will be directly transferred by the respective state government running the lottery in which you win. Your money will be transferred as per respective government's procedures and timelines.

The applicable tax on prize winning money over ₹10,000 is 30%.
